牧場鍋: 時間を忘れて牛と戯れる / Ranch nabe: Let’s forget the time and play with the cow
牧場鍋！茨城の上野 裕さんの牧場で牛と搾りたて新鮮ミルクで牛乳鍋！
「牧場鍋、またぜひやってください！友達を連れて行きます！」
「美味しい鍋と牛の癒しに大満足です！」
「都会にいるとこんなに自然に触れることないので貴重な機会でした」
「本当に牛はかわいいですね！」
みんな思い思いに鍋と牛との時間を味わっていただきました！
京都や栃木といった遠方からの参加者も！
鍋も素敵な勢いで平らげていただきましたが、牛との戯れには、誰もが時間を忘れて楽しんでいました！牛を見る目がみんな優しい！
上野さんの牧場の牛が人懐っこいので、最初は恐る恐る近づいていた大人も子供も、やがて間近で牛に話しかけたり、写真を撮るように！なんとも牧歌的な光景！
牛乳で乾杯し、鍋に全員で「牛乳投入！」
牛乳鍋には、特産品の地元美浦産のマッシュルームや江戸崎かぼちゃを入れたり、地元感も出しました！みんな「美味しい！」と言ってくれて、うれしい限りです。
チーズ職人の 西山 厚志さんのチーズ工房実現もまた一歩進んだという話も嬉しいです！
牛の放牧が終わるまでには工房開設という楽しみな話も！
上野さんの息子さんもいろいろ手伝ってくれて頼もしい限りです！ 着々と確実に次のステージに向けて進む様子にうれしくなりました！

Even the nabe was flattened with a wonderful momentum, but everyone was having fun forgetting the time to play with the cow! All the eyes that see the cow are gentle!
As Mr. Ueno’s ranch cows are friendly, the adults and children who are afraid of being afraid at first are talking to the cattle in the near future and taking pictures! What a pastoral sight!
Cheers with milk, put “Milk in!” In all the nabe!
In the milk nabe, we put local products Miho’s mushroom and Edozaki pumpkin, and also made local taste! Everyone said “It’s delicious” and I am happy.
