早起きして市場の魚屋へ/Get up early and go to the market fish store
早起きをして川崎南部市場の柳 延豊さんの魚屋にお魚を買いにきました。
地元の飲食店の方に混じって、旬のお魚を選びます。
7/22の「市場直送お魚鍋」の試作用のアジを買うのが目的です。
日本各地からやってきたアジがなんと5種類も！迷います。
今回は日本各地のアジを食べ比べるので、島根のどんちっちアジと、いつも柳さんが「一番うまいよお」と言っている大阪湾のアジ！を購入しました。
どれも美味いのでしょうが、さらに選りすぐりのものを柳さんに選んでもらいました。
それと合わせて今が旬のイワシ！これも産地別に何種類かいましたが、柳さんに選んでもらった北海道産をゲットしました！目利きに選んでもらうと安心感があります。見るからにプリプリで美味いに決まっています。
他にも岩牡蠣、イサキなど美味そうなものがたくさんあったけど、キリがないので今回は見るだけで我慢しました！
市場での買い物、楽しいです！
I got up early and came to buy fish at the fish store of Mr. Yaanagi in the southern Kawasaki market.
It mixes with local eateries and chooses fish in season.
The purpose is to buy horse mackerel for prototype of “Market direct delivery fish nabe” on July 22nd.
Five kinds of horse mackerels from all over Japan are sold! I am lost.
As we compare horse mackerels cuisine of all over Japan this time, A horse mackerel of Osaka bay and Shimane’s Donchi horse mackerel. Mr. Yanagi always say “It is the best!” I bought them.
Everything is delicious, but Mr. Yanagi picked up more selective items.
Together it is the season sardines now! I also bought several varieties depending on the place of production, but I got a Hokkaido product that Yanagi picked up! There is a sense of security when you choose it as an eyesight. It is decided to be delicious with ‘puripuri’ from seeing.
There were many other delicious things such as rock oysters, Isaki, but there was no dirt, so I just put up with just watching!
Shopping in the market is fun!
