Iwataniが誇る最上級カセットコンロ「アモルフォ プレミアム」の企画、開発に携わった人への感謝の気持ちを込めた投稿の第二弾です。
そこにあるだけで鍋の場を盛り上げるコンロ
鍋の場作りをしている者として、本当にありがたい存在です。後で述べる性能面のすばらしさももちろんですし、まずはその存在感です。
鍋の場でアモルファ・プレミアムの話題を出して、「すごいでしょ？」と話し始めると、皆さん「すごーい！」「へえ！」と言ってくれます。
もちろん、火力などの性能面のすばらしさで鍋がおいしくなります。
それだけでなく、この「すごーい！」という気持ちを起こさせるのが素晴らしいです。
そのような気持ちになると、鍋をおいしく感じるんです。
単純に人はよい気分でいる方が、食べ物をおいしく感じられるからです。
そして、そんな気持ちでいると、話も弾みます。しかも、暗い話題やネガティブな話題にはならず、明るく前向きな話題になります。なぜなら、しばらくいい気持ちのままでいたいからです。
それこそが、日本一鍋の「場」として必要な要素の一つです。鍋のおいしさと相まって、明るく前向きな気分でいる！
そうすると、ついつい話をしたくなる！いろんな話が混ざり合って、新しいアイデアやチームワークにつながっていきます。
また、日本一鍋プロジェクトは、モノ作りを応援する場。
いいモノがその場にあると、「いいモノを作ろう！」って空気が出てきます。
本当にこのようなカセットコンロを世に送り出してくれたこと自体がありがたいです！

考えられる性能を詰め込むもあくまでもシンプル
カタログスペックとして、これだけのものが入っています。
- 熱効率が2.9kWで3.5kW相当 (16%カット)という省エネで強火力。
- ガス残量が少なくても強い火力を維持 (カセットボンベを温めてガスの気化を促進)
- 連続スパーク点火で何回もつまみを回すことがない (台所の通常コンロのようなカチカチカチ…)
- ガス漏れを防ぐ炎感知センサーでガス漏れ防止。
- つまみやすいつまみで火力調整もさらに簡単
- スリムなデザイン
さらに、カタログにないところで、絶妙な鍋置きの角度といった工夫も見られます。
いずれも「カセットコンロ」に「あるとよい」機能であり、余計なことはしていません。
そして、デザイン性もあって、シンプルにまとまっています。
存在感はあるけど、出しゃばりません。
例えば、ステンレス鏡面仕上げも、食材や鍋などの調理用具を映し出すもので、あくまでも食材や調理用具を引き立てる役割をしっかり演じているのです。
主役の鍋や食材を引き立ててくれます。

Stuff possible performance, but it’s simple
As catalog specs, this one is included.
- Heat efficiency is 2.9 kW, equivalent to 3.5 kW (16% cut) energy saving and high heat power.
- Maintain a strong firepower even if the gas level is low (warming up the cassette bottle and promoting the vaporization of the gas)
- There is no turning of the knob many times with continuous spark ignition (ticking like a normal stove in the kitchen …)
- Gas leakage is prevented with a flame sensor that prevents gas leakage.
- Easier thumbwheel control for thermal power adjustment
- Slim design
In addition, in a place not in the catalog, you can see ingenuity such as an exquisite pan placement angle.
Both are functions “good if” in “cassette stove”, and do not do any extra things.
And there is also design, it is simple.
There is a presence, but I will not give in.
